be able to play it on win10 :(

Will not play at full screen no matter the resolution and even at the highest rez the paddle is hidden so your really playing blind. In order to see the whole screen including the paddle your forced to make the window so tiny that all the effects are lost. This isnt the only game that seems to get lost in win10.
Wish it could be changed to work with it. What I could see of it, seems like it would be super on full screen. Thanks for making it available for free.
